Once a member you have access to lots of useful resources designed to help you through the assessment process but many schools, particularly those starting out for the first time, do find that buying in some consultancy gives the process a real ‘kick start’. Mike Crampton from Dene Community School in Peterlee really valued the input we had, ‘Working with my Career Mark adviser, we completed all four standards in one day!’
All our advisers are experienced careers practitioners with a thorough understanding of the process as they have all undertaken assessments so they know what is required and how to present the information in the best way.
Using their experience they can help with:
- policy formulation,
- developing schemes of work and lesson plans
- writing your Career Mark assessment submission
They can also share their experiences of successful delivery activities and careers resources they have observed in other schools.
We have a nationwide network of advisers, so wherever you are located we will have an adviser in your area.
